Riverside Hospital
"Joe Wilson MD" This one was a lot of fun, as well as a little dangerous. The mission was to personalize the hospital’s caregivers. We got to know Joe Wilson, a surgeon, and found out he’s an avid kayaker. So we filmed him kayaking on the James River in Richmond, VA. Really beautiful, except for the fact that the river was running at flood stage at the time. We had the tripod and camera in the river in about 3 feet of rushing water. Oh. I was in the river, too. First Bank "Reflections" First Bank wanted to demonstrate their connection to Colorado. We found reflections that would show the joys of living in Colorado. This job was very fun and challenging in that all of the reflective surfaces were real. No green screen. The opening scene required a 12'x70' wall of black material to be erected to get rid of the natural reflections so we could put the scenes of Colorado that we filmed back into the reflections. The Key Grip Artie Shelton worked hard on this one. Edward Done Director - D/P |

Carlos O'Kellys Restaurant "Get Sauced" In this TV spot, we wanted a person to fly across the room to catch some dripping sauce on his chip. To make him ‘fly’, we attached the talent ––a gymnast––to our camera dolly. Then we "flew" him across the room. Cool. Tom Van Steenhoven Writer / Director Edward Done D/P |

Spyderco "Emergency" Our mission was to show how fire fighters can use Spyderco knives in their work. We built this set inside of a fire department training facility. Our special effects person Tim Drnek bought propane fire rigs and flammable gel to create the burning house effect. Very hot. Jon Husband Director Edward Done D/P |
